MF-104E GAS MASK & MEMS GAS SENSOR CHIP 

Features : 1. In safe area, the solenoid valve of MF104E is in open state which would close the filter and user would breath environmental air which not passing the filter. In this way, the life of filter would be extended. Only if the detection chip was triggered by toxic gas, the filter would be used. 

2. The solenoid valve of MF104E would be triggered by toxic gas and automatically close the one-way valve in the normally open state. In this time, the environmental air must pass through the filter to remove the toxic gas before been breathed. 

3. When the performance of the filter drops to critical failure, the detection chip would also alarm the user replacing the filter. 

Our patented MEMS chip can detect very low concentrations of various toxins and other hazardous materials. Can be installed in our respirators. Allows early detection of hazardous contaminants in the environment, thereby allowing for rapid response from first responders. The Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of this product is Level 8 and applied in civilian, military, medical, industrial, and commercial areas. 

Able to detect VOCs. 

Able to detect phosphates to indicate possible contamination by neurotoxins like pesticides.

When equipped with MEMS chip, able to provide early warning of a toxic gas breakthrough in the carbon filter element, enabling immediate evacuation from the site.
